Lain Kienzle
Lain comes from a long line of steely southern women and grew up across the Midwest and East Coast. From a young age, she loved visiting friends’ farms with her Aunt Betty and baking with her mom.
Since receiving her BFA with honors in Film and TV Production from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, Lain has worked all over the production world. Her favorite television credits include Quantico, The Blacklist and 30 Rock. She currently script supervises for independent films, where she loves helping bring each director's vision to life.
Lain's personal film works have been presented at film festivals across the US and her one act plays have been performed at the Manhattan Repertory Theatre, The Strawberry One Act Festival, the Midtown International Theatre Festival and the East End Fringe Festival.
Lain lives in Brooklyn, where she writes, bakes pastries and makes friends with all the stray cats she meets.
