Allison Mattox is a writer and director based in Brooklyn, New York. Her short film, “Three in June’ explores marriage and sexuality in 1960s Georgia. She is currently in pre-production to direct another self-written period piece, “Échappé” about a Soviet ballerina who defects to the West in 1970. With a background in theater, Allison has also produced and written for the stage.
