Natalie Johnson is a writer, director and producer. Her short films Roses in Winter (2013) and Laura (2015) have screened at festivals across the country. She is currently in post-production on Over/Under, a dramatic comedy about a mother grappling with the loss of her father and her own identity in the throes of motherhood. It stars Louis Mustillo, Olga Merediz and Myra Lucretia Taylor. She produced Greater Good, an award-winning short film as part of the inaugural Women's Weekend Film Challenge in January 2018, and she just got back from New Mexico, where she produced KAYA, Catherine Fordham's social justice thriller, starring Shakira Barrera (GLOW) set in the high desert of the American Southwest. She is currently in pre-production on CHURROS, which will shoot in Bushwick, BK September 2018. She lives in NYC with her husband and their son.
