Taking inspiration from her first novel, “The Undiscovered Goddess,” creator, writer, and star of the YouTube web series "Self-Help Junkie," Michelle Colston, is thrilled about her directorial debut. “I’m brand-spanking new to filmmaking, but I truly feel I’m in my element with ‘Self-Help Junkie.’” Colston says she is looking forward to creating more web-based projects, but for now she hopes her current web series will inspire women to laugh, as well look at themselves non-judgmentally.
