Holly Soriano is currently producing the feature “My Apocalyptic Thanksgiving.” It’s in post. She is also writing shorts that she is producing and directing with their productions slated for 2019. “The Domestic” is a short she produced and it got into the Burbank Film Festival. She wrote the produced shorts “Choices” and "Mixed Signals." Holly played a dead body just for fun in the short “Funny Fare.” As a way to cut her teeth with indie filmmaking, she started on the feature “Gunfight at La Mesa” with production design. She has also read for the Austin Film Festival, Scriptwriters Network two contests. Her Master of Fine Arts in screenwriting from National University and completing the Seattle Film Institute’s Screenwriting Certificate Program helped with those experiences. And Holly knew that there must be something to her screenwriting when she twice made the first cut into the Sundance Feature Film Program early in her career.
